That £12 Flared Sleeve Top

It’s no secret that bell sleeves and flared sleeves (ok same thing) have been such a cute trend this year. There’s been one flared sleeve top that has taken the fashion world by storm over the last month and that’s a flared sleeve, high neck thin jumper from H&M (this one which is totally sold out in the UK online I think?!). I’m IN LOVE with it… but the thing is, it’s £30?! £30 for a H&M jumper? I know you’re paying for a trend and great details, but I thought £30 was a little pricey, so I decided to search online for some similar ones for a better price.

I came along the most BEAUT flared-sleeve top from Boohoo, and it’s ONLY £12. Sure it might not be everyones cup of tea, after all my boyf saw me open my parcel and told me it was hideous, but I’m obsessed with it.

I wanted to style it smart/casj with some skinny jeans, that way with the rest of my outfit being relatively tight fit the sleeves will totally stand out. My new New Look sandals worked perfectly with the outfit, and they’re also fab for wide-footed girls like me (if anyone’s interested I’m a size 4 and a half and a size 4 wide fit in these shoes is totally spot on). Last up I kept a relatively monochrome theme with my new grey bag from Quiz, and it definitely won’t be the last time you see it on my blog! It’s one of those bags that would make me feel like an important executive at work or something.

HAHA, how medieval are these photos?! Maybe I should whip out an axe or something and use it as an outfit prop – but I don’t think that would be appropriate. This kinda outfit is perfect for going into Autumn (sorry guys, it’s definitely turning Autumnal outside), but if we happen to have a warm few days this month I’ll be wearing this top tucked into a little a-line skirt.

Hope ya like this outfit! And if you love my fashion posts I’d love for you to vote for my blog to win the Best Fashion Blog in the Bloggers Blog Awards! You can vote for me here!

Much love,

It’s a perfect fit – but I did size up! It has a nice tight material that is quite stretchy but not totally tight!

I’m pretty much in love with this top. I’ve bought do few clothes in the last few months that I’ve totally missed out on getting involved in this trend, but I definitely want to do so in Autumn!

It’s such a perfect autumnal top – you could wear it now but it’ll still be fab when it’s cold! Obsessed!!
